Simone Bellim created Sicilian Breeze as a way to share her love of Italian culture and gelato with others. A Brazilian Italian, Simone learned the craft of making authentic gelato from Maestro Carlo Viti, training under Carlo at his renowned gelato shop in Tuscany, Italy. Through her training, Simone absorbed the time-honored techniques, skills and secrets that go into making the world's best gelato. She remains dedicated to that traditional artisanal process while continuing to experiment with new and exciting flavor combinations. Each new flavor is developed and refined in her own kitchen using only the finest equipment imported from Italy and the freshest natural ingredients, with no artificial colors or flavorings.
